Today went well. No food at school, got home around 4 and ate nothing for hours. Then I had a banana and did a 40 minute workout on my cross trainer. Later had a piece of chicken and broccoli.
And that's it at 8.30 pm. Pretty good I think.
And the best part? I don't feel too well. Why is that the best part? Because I don't think I'm able to eat anything like that for a while. It was the biggest meal (although still very small) in weeks.
I just have to stick to eating fruits and small things and loads of liquids. Otherwise I will feel like this again and that's not an option. I feel like I'm going to throw up...
So tomorrow NO real food what so ever. Just fruits and water and nothing that will make me feel full. And that's what it's all about isn't it. That weightless feeling.
